Justin:

Hi, I’m Justin. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2019. I thoroughly enjoy doing NMT and deep tissue along with general lighter work to help everything from headaches to pains we deem normal. Working with other professionals to help return the body to a functioning level that we forgot was even possible.

In my spare time I enjoy walking the dogs, spending time with the family, grilling, skydiving, and hiking. I look forward to helping everyone that gets on the table to the best of my abilities and customizing your experience to your needs.

Benefits of Massage Therapy

Pain Relief:

Massage therapy can help alleviate various types of pain, including chronic pain, muscle soreness, and tension headaches. It promotes circulation and reduces muscle tightness, which can lead to significant pain relief.

Stress Reduction:

Regular massage sessions can help lower stress levels by reducing cortisol and increasing serotonin and dopamine, which are associated with feelings of well-being.

Improved Flexibility and Range of Motion:

Massage can enhance flexibility and mobility by loosening tight muscles and improving circulation, making it beneficial for athletes and those recovering from injuries.

Enhanced Recovery:

Post- injury or surgery, massage therapy can aid in recovery by reducing inflammation and promoting healing through improved blood flow.

Mental Health Benefits:

Massage therapy can also have positive effects on mental health, helping to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression by promoting relaxation and emotional well-being.
